How many pictures will we receive?
Themed mini - 5 images.
25 minute session - 8 images.
60 minute session - 16 images.
All sessions allow the option to purchase additional images for $10 per photo after receiving your gallery. If you find yourself looking through your images and having a hard time choosing to your specific session requirements, let me know! I can create a customized price to download the entire gallery.
When will I get my photos back after the session?
Unless stated otherwise, all galleries will be delivered 10 days after the date of the session. If the images are needed sooner, you may choose to purchase a rush on your order, but please note this option is not always available depending on how busy the season is. I am the sole person responsible for photographing and editing all sessions. A rush order must be discussed prior to booking your session.
What happens when my gallery expires?
All galleries expire after 1 week. You are responsible for choosing your select images, and downloading them to a safe storage place. Once you have saved them to your phone or computer, I highly recommend saving them to an external source like a flash drive, external hard drive, disk, or your cloud storage. If you have none of these, emailing them to yourself and creating a specific folder for them within your email account is a great option.
If you did not have the opportunity to download your images by the expiration, you may have your gallery reinstated for an additional week for a $20 reinstatement fee. I will send out a personal reminder before the gallery expiration.
What is a retainer?
A retainer is 50% of your session cost, and is due at the time of booking your session. This is non-refundable and reserves your session spot.
When is the final payment due?
Final payments are due by the day of your session. For long distance sessions, final payment is due 1 week prior to your date. Images will not be edited or released until final payment has been made, which may delay your turnaround time depending on how late past your session date the payment been made. This applies to all portrait sessions, contact me for information specific to weddings.
Why is there a watermark on the images in my gallery?
The watermark across all of the images in your gallery will not be on your final downloads. When you download your images you will receive high resolution photos without the watermark. The gallery is set up to automatically remove the watermark as soon as you hit the download button. This mark will always show on your gallery, but never on your downloaded images.
